Yesterday was a lot to take in if you were active on socials. Wanted to share some of what I've been reading about the QubicMeetsDOGE mining that launched yesterday for anyone thats interested.
The short version: Qubic's AI compute network went live mining DOGE on April 1 (intentionally on April Fool's Day – it was the "not a joke" campaign they'd been running).

What I've seen in different communities:
– The mining-focused communities (r/cryptomining, r/dogemining) are mostly focusing on the dual-algorithm architecture part.
– Some communities are interested in the Certik which is how fast it is, they have some record and I think it makes their mining faster but will research it more.
– Here in r/dogecoin the reaction seems mixed – some excited about additional network security, some cautious about external operators. Same vibe on X.
My honest take: I'm glad more people are thinking seriously about DOGE's network health rather than just the price chart although I'm not sure if they have mined a block yet. Whether this development is good or not for the network, that conversation is worth having. Time will tell I suppose.
