UB CC NAFFL spending requirement

To avail NAFFL, I spent 20k within 60 days but part of that I spent on a plane ticket. The 60 day window was from dec to feb. But I cancelled the flight recently due to medical reasons and requested for a refund. I still haven't received a message confirming I am eligible for NAFFL. Will my request for a refund affect my eligibility for NAFFL?
