Working through the Venture X SUB right now but am feeling some regret with not getting the CSR. I already have the preferred and live in San Diego which has a sapphire lounge. If I get the CSR in a few months, should I just use the Venture X as my catch all card until I renew and downgrade? Thinking of pairing CSR with Bilt palladium, Chase Freedom or Robinhood Gold. Any suggestions welcome!

Do you only care about the lounge access? Doesn’t venture x grant lounge access too? The reserve is a pretty mediocre card while the venture x is one of the best in the game
Venture X is way too easy to justify to feel regret about. CSR is a nice card if you use the credits but frankly for most people it’s got a $495 EAF and the benefits and earnings don’t get anywhere close to justifying that.
