So I’m an adult but living with my parents for the time being, I’m wanting to clean this curtain, I know they should toss it and get a new one but it’s not my house so I don’t want to toss their things. Its this gray plasticky fabric and liner, I also just realized I think they have it on backwards. Is there a way to get rid of or mitigate the stains, I’m uncertain I cant use bleach because of the “fabric” and color of it. First two photos sho the material, a the last two show the side not facing the shower(but should be) and the inside of the shower.

Is this post rage bait?
Have you tried putting it in the washing machine?
Baby wipes
It looks like the decorative curtain that should hang on the outside of the tube. You should have a shower curtain liner that is almost transparent to light that hangs on the inside of the tub from the same curtain rod.
Get the king you can launder. Wash the liner every two weeks and the decorative curtain every month.
This curtain is probably polyester which might be bleach safe. You can test a small corner. I would use ocyclean instead (also test)
Just wash it with detergent. You might want to add some old thin towels and use the delicate setting. The towels rub against the plasticy material. Thick luxury towels would be too much. No bleach needed. Check around the edges for a laundry instructions.
