Chartway Credit Union 3% home improvement?

I just noticed that Chartway seems to be running 3% cash back on home improvement spending on their 2% card (Chartway Cash Back). This is on top of the usual $200 sign-up bonus for $2,000 spend in 60 days.

I don’t see any mention of limits/caps on the 2% or 3% earn rates, nor any mention of when the promo will end. The card is a Visa Signature with no annual fee, no foreign transaction fee, no cash advance fee, no balance transfer fee, secondary rental auto CDW (Actual Cash Value, 15 days in US/31 days abroad), extended warranty (+1 year on 3 or less, $10k/claim, $50k/cardholder), purchase security ($500/claim, $50k/cardholder), and cellular phone protection ($200/claim, $400/year, 2 claims/year, $50 deductible). Not the most common set of benefits on a 2% card afaik. I haven’t found info on whether there’s a minimum redemption amount for cash back. Home improvement spend is generally best put towards a big sign-up bonus, but this seems like a decent fallback if there truly aren’t any catches.
