Got hit in parking lot and witnesses told me who it was but perpetrator is denying it. What are my options?

I was parked and left my car in a parking lot, came back after few hours and saw a huge dent and scratch. The attendant there told me he thinks it was a black car because he heard them talking something about hitting my car but did not see them. Right then 2 women told us they saw the whole thing happen and it was actually that same black car. Their car does have a scratch at that same height as my car, but My car is also black, so i can’t tell if it’s from hitting my car. Cops came and filled a report but there’s no cameras and refused to take witness testimony because it a he said she said situation. The perpetrator is denying that they did this. What are my options?
