Jefferson Capital Systems and Shepard Outsourcing

So I’m only 21 years old. And there was very problematic behavior being used by both companies for obsolete junk debt that was unlawful. They have already stopped all types of collection and removed the account from my credit. But they breached third parties to reach me passing non-public private sensitive information. Fdcpa laws are to protect you. I got 2,000 dollars that was unlawfully in collections. They ruined my credit score while harassing my family members about an account under my name telling them my address my number. I got that resolved in 4 weeks. I had all the messages and calls they had on the third parties and they immediately terminated my account. But they need to pay for defamation. I already have 2 writers confessions just gonna find a lawyer. I already won but the damages are extremely violating. Might sue
