I product changed from a altitude reserve to an altitude connect using the chat feature on the usbank website. I was able to use the $325 travel credit and maintain my travel portal bookings after the product change. (I didn't know if this was possible because my Altitude Go travel portal is separate and distinct from my Reserve travel portal). I was told I need to pay the $400 annual fee during my next billing cycle to close out the altitude reserve account. I would then receive a $400 statement credit on my altitude connect within 45 days.
