I couldn’t resist the price, hamburger was $5.99, so two fifty a pound is a big win. I brought home six!

If I owned a restaurant I would find a way to buy them all. These stay fresh in the refrigerator for months because they’re pickled so it’s easy to store.

I like to pot roast corned beef, or a crock pot is great too. Potatoes and a couple carrots add a lot of flavor. Once you’ve slowly brought the temperature of the roast to 200F, hold it there for one hour, let rest 20 minutes at room temperature before slicing. If slicing for sandwiches you can refrigerate the meat for thin tender slices.

Looks like a great deal! just keep in mind it was probably reduced because it is close to spoiling. I would freeze them vs refrigerate if it was me

    2. I bought 6 at $2/lbs.

Me and my mom are doing gluten free so we eat a ton of meat.

Dumb question, what’s the difference between this and canned corned beef? Aside from the obvious texture
