I am looking at maybe an all cashbuyer but I have been getting the run around something fierce. I tried a few of those websites that offer to buy in as in condition and they keep sending realtors but no offers. Am I missing something?

I have a home in Florida I need sold and paid out in under 2 weeks, is it possible?

The “we pay cash” folks drag it out until they can beat you up on price even more.

Get a well known local agent to list it and price it to sell. Sold one to a local investor, cash, 14 day close.

Yes very possible. But likely need a realtor that knows true investors that will buy it and not a wholesaler “cash buyers”

That’s very fast, but an auctioneer might be able to help. You know when you’ll get paid, but you won’t know how much you’ll get.

    4. Agree with the advice to list it in the MLS. Say looking for cash buyer with quick close. Those investors play games. Just find a regular buyer who has cash. You’ll need to price it for a quick sale, but yeah, this can be done.

Yes. There are tons of cash buyers that will close in 7 days.

      Expect 20% below market value.

Just call any local realtor and have them put it on MLS today. In the ad just say it needs to close within 14 days. Anything shy of this you’re likely leaving money on the table.

Find a bank and secure the cash in a secured loan. You’ll pay less in interest than you would take as a loss selling that fast
