Hello,

    I run a SaaS company that was B2C, but has morphed in B2G product. I love the mission and working with customers; however, the sales cycles can be insanely long. Given this, I've stared tracking daily wins to keep up the motivation and stay accountable. I don't want to mistake activity for progress.

    I am in interested in learning what others do, that have long sales cycles, to stay motivated and accountable.
