Best Credit Card For Medicare

I don’t see a way to do better than using your 2/3% catchall or the card with the SUB you’re working towards. The bill is paid on pay.gov with no credit card surcharge (surprisingly) and shows up as CMS Medicare Insurance, I don’t see a way to pay with Apple Pay or Paypal in this case. Could it count as an online transaction with BofA CCR?
