the costco gas spend makes me think chase freedom unlimited could work since it has no foreign transaction fees. 1.5% on everything isnt amazing but its solid for starting out and you can transfer points to partners later if you get into chase ecosystem
your income might make it tough for premium travel cards right now anyway. maybe wait until you build more history with those 3 cards you already have? 1.5 years is still pretty new for credit
for korea trip specifically just make sure whatever you get has no foreign fees. thats probably more important than maximizing points on your spend levels
Wells Fargo Auto or Auto Journey are great starter travel cards! Can pair either (or both) with an Active Cash too
