I Never Received A Payment For Allstate Transportation Expenses After My Car Was Totaled

Hey there, this is kind of complicated and I'm sure it's probably not resolvable now but I figured I would ask.

So, on September 23, 2024, I got into a very bad wreck, my car was totaled, had to go to the hospital, all that jazz. Anyways, it wasn't my fault, according to Allstate, and they said they would pay off my car and my medical bills and pay me for transportation expenses, and they did pay for all of that, except I never received a check for transportation expenses (Which was supposed to be $800, according to my policy).

I asked them if I needed to pay for my transportation and then be reimbursed, or if they would just send me the money directly, and they said they would direct deposit the money into my bank account. However, I never received the money, and I never noticed, I guess because I didn't need it at the time (I know how that sounds, but I received a decent sum of cash as a birthday gift a few months before, so I was doing alright at the time).

Flash forward to today, after my girlfriend both got laid off of our jobs in February, I'm broke, and could really use that money now. I've been doordashing, doing instacart and selling various pieces of furniture, instruments, spare TVs that I found, whatever I could, and it's not enough.

I had an issue with my insurance autopay not going through, so I opened the app to fix it, and I saw the claim for my car wreck in September of '24, and when I scrolled through it, it said everything was paid out, except the payment for the transportation expenses still says "Payment Pending".

Is it possible for me to get this money? It would greatly help me out, and I know it's a longshot, but I was just wondering if I could get it. I can only get AI Chatbots from Allstate right now, otherwise I would just ask a representative about it.

I mean technically they owe it to me, right? I paid for it as a part of my policy, so I'm owed it, regardless of how long it's been, at least that's how I see it, but I know contracts have loopholes and all that. Anyways, if anyone has any info on it I would greatly appreciate it, thanks in advance.
