I’m under the impression that groups of individuals will retrieve a claim number and parade around as Subro-iq in my case or some other subrogation company. I was contacted regarded an accident involving a work vehicle. I the driver was an employee, and the caller claimed I as the driver am on the hook for $3,000 because the company has not provided insurance for the vehicle. And that I would face litigation and have my license suspended if I don’t pay. I demanded from them the information to contact progressive directly involving this claim. They gave it to me and after contacting their internal subrogation department they told me that they did have the issuance for the company vehicle, and that they were still working with a third party adjuster. They also said they had never heard of this “subro-iq” company before and they didn’t have in the notes that they were working with them. They also assured me they were not at all filing litigation against me or coming after me for any payment
