How come some people have the $1 coffee deal on their McDonalds app? I know multiple people who have it and it renews daily, good for a hot or iced coffee. I never have it for some reason. Do I need to accumulate a certain number of points in order to get it? Do you have it on your app? Maybe if I reach out to their customer service they can add it to my account?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Weird. I have it on mine as one of those renewable deals, no points needed. Maybe it’s location based? Try starting an order in a different mcdonalds than you usually go to.
Either change your location, or the algorithm has decided they can bilk you for more. It’s called “personalized pricing”, it’s the future, and it sucks.
