GM Barclays mastercard 3% catch-all

Does anyone with a GM lease or finance payment, use the GM Mastercard effectively as a no-AF 3% catch-all card?

I'm on team cashback, and have been using a 2% catch-all for a few years for non 3% & 5% categories. Recently I acquired the GM Mastercard in a new Silverado Lease to get an extra rebate, but now I'm thinking this card could be great for my situation. Use the 3x points to pay down the lease payment each month which is effectively good as cash. Does anyone here use their GM Barclays Mastercard as a 3% catch-all card? Seems kinda slept on considering a lot of People drive GMs
