US Bank Smartly CC approved but ,,account information unavailable’’ anyone had this?

Hey guys,

I applied for the US Bank Smartly credit card and got instantly approved for a $5,000 limit. I created my online banking account right after.

The issue is – under the credit card section it just says “account information unavailable.”

I called them yesterday and they told me it’s because I opened the account outside business hours and everything should show up in the morning.

Well, it’s already the end of the next day and still nothing.

Called again tonight and now they’re saying their system is down and they can’t do anything, and that they’ll call me back in 2 hours (still waiting).

Has anyone experienced this?

Is this normal with US Bank or should I be worried?
