From each of the main Transfer Partner lists (Citi, Amex, Chase, Capital One, Bilt, Wells Fargo), I am curious what partners you guys find the most value in for economy flights and hotels. Note: I live out of Chicago, so ORD and MDW are dominated by United and Southwest respectively. I also focus my travels to Europe, South Africa, Japan, Cancun, and Domestically (Alaska and Hawaii especially).
In my opinion, I have found the most value from AA, United, Southwest, Atmos, Hyatt, and Choice (specifically with the 1:2 Wells Fargo rate).
I have also found some success with ANA, KrisFlyer, Air Canada, Air France, Virgin Atlantic, and British Airways (Avios).
What Transfer Partners are the Best for Economy Flights?

united is pretty solid for your routes especially from ord but you probably already maxed that out. for europe i’ve had good luck with air france and klm through their program – sometimes better availability than united metal
ana can be amazing for japan routes if you can find the space but booking can be pain in the ass. virgin atlantic sweet spots are real though especially for ana flights to japan
choice hotels at 1:2 from wells fargo is clutch move, way better value than most people realize. hyatt obviously king for luxury but choice gets you decent rooms in more places
since you do south africa trips look into qatar airways through aa or british airways – their routing through doha can work out cheaper than direct options sometimes
Delta US domestic is solid with the takeoff 15, its around 1.3-1.6cpp dynamically, and Alaska/AA economy, domestic and intl is great too.
air canada and Virgin are also ok for domestic US. Basically anything with a fixed chart is great
AS isn’t much of a transfer partner (unless you have bilt?) but they’re useful for booking AA
KLM is amazing for certain delta routes
I live in a Delta hub and find a lot of value with Virgin Atlantic and particularly Flying Blue.
AA
Flying Blue/ KLM (including using for Delta)
Virgin
Virgin Economy at starting @ 6k for transatlantic from IAD is pretty nice.
American for domestic
You can even snag good deals to Latin america
