Bought new headphones at Walmart.com advertised as new , they arrived with restocked sticker and are broken and damaged. I contacted Walmarts live chat they told me they were giving a refund and no need to return to discard as I see fit
Refund never came
I opened a dispute with the credit card and provided screenshots of the live chat with Walmart . What are the odds I win the dispute?

In an absolute sense, sure, your chances are pretty good.
But the timeline is a relevant factor here. If you say the refund never came after merely 15 minutes, then they’ll want you to put a bit more effort in yourself. If it’s been 12 weeks, that’s a different story.
Also expect Walmart to potentially ban your account/address from future purchases.
