    ADDITIONAL INFO

I'm looking to create an optimized credit card lineup to maximize any % back on almost all my purchases. Since my Discover It is my longest card I plan on using it for any recurring subscriptions to keep a balance on it and using it whenever the revolving 5% for categories. Citi Custom cash will be used on whatever high spending category is not covered by the lineup or for any large purchase in a category.

Thank you in advance to anyone with helpful ideas.

Your spending pattern looks pretty solid for optimization. With that dining spend the Savor One would be perfect since it’s 3% on dining with no AF, and you could use the Custom Cash for groceries at 5% up to the cap

For gas I’d maybe look at the Amex Blue Cash Preferred instead of regular Blue Cash – the 3% gas is better than most options and the grocery bonus stacks well if you end up going to Costco route. The annual fee pays for itself pretty quick with your spend levels
