Does USAA still offer the career starter loan? I know navy fed does and advertises it. Background: commissioning LDO at the end of the year with 12 years TIS. plan is to take both out to consolidate the remainder of my high interest debt at the low interest rate. (the behavior that got my family into this financial mess has changed)
