Hello, I was on friendlyforces.org and saw the company Fiserv offers:
Comp: Full Salary
Duration: 2 Years transitioning to
up to 5 Years Differential Pay (*tenure condition attached)
Does anyone know what the minimum length of service at the company is to receive this benefit? It would be absolutely massive to get 2 years of essentially passive income while deployed or mobilized.

Many employers can do offsetting pay. Meaning your pay at the civilian job minus your base pay while activated.
No employer pays double salaries while deployed if that is what you are thinking.
