The existing retirement calculators haven't been updated since 2009 or just show you the pension number and nothing else like VA comp, CRDP vs CRSC, SBP, and state tax treatment.
Right now, you have to do the math across four different places, get frustrated with Windows Vista level UI, make a spreadsheet, and sacrifice a goat, so I built something that does it in one place – minus the goat sacrifice.
It covers all four retirement systems, Reserve/Guard points-based retirement, actual 2026 VA comp rates with dependents, CRDP vs CRSC comparison with a verdict, SBP, state income tax treatment, TRICARE value, and lifetime projection to 85.
I had a retired E-8 run his actual retirement w/ VA disability through it to check the math. His number came back within $25 of what he actually gets paid every month.
It handles Chapter 61 medical retirement too if that's your situation.
Trying to make this as comprehensive and accurate as possible so I'll take any feedback / roasts you got.
Tired of the .mil retirement estimators being garbage, so I built a better one

Thanks I’ll try it out
This is awesome, nice work. Only critique is that in the “Total Picture” section, it ends with the monthly gross income, which was highlighted earlier. Maybe that should be “total estimated retirement value” instead?
