I currently have Farm Bureau for my auto insurance and have no complaints, and my husband is with Progressive. We’re looking to bundle our vehicles (2) to save some money, so we’re starting to shop around for a new provider. We're not looking to bundle anything with our auto insurance (such as home insurance ect)
We both prefer full coverage with higher limits (typically 250/300k+), $500-1,000 deductible, and while cost matters, it’s not our main priority, we’re really focused on quality service. From what I’ve seen, reviews for most insurance companies are all over the place, which makes it tough to know who to trust.
I also understand that many companies operate similarly behind the scenes, so what really matters to us is how they show up when it counts, especially during claims.
If you’ve had a genuinely good experience with your insurance company, especially when you actually needed them, I’d love to hear about it. Who do you use, and how have they’ve taken good care of you? Do you have any perks that you enjoy with your current provider?
Give me your positive experience and reviews of your current auto insurance provider
