So my boyfriend has been put down as the main driver of my car as he had bought it so his the registered keeper of the car, he doesn’t have a drivers license just a provisional and doesn’t pay insurance, i have a full driving licence and i’m a named driver on the car will he have to pay insurance on the car for him self if im going to be the one driving it all the time? he’s not learning to drive and i’m not teaching him as i’m not under the UK rules i was just wondering if if he’d have to pay insurance to as the keeper or if i can literally just drive or with my own insurance in his car
