When you’re selling stuff at a yard sale, do the items have to be cheap?

Have a family member who needs to pay bills. Has a ton of non name brand AND name brand items that need to be sold. Issue is they dont want to sell the name brand items for 5-20 bucks. Preferably 30-50$, just prices you may see online. When they try to sell online they dont get enough views and sales. Plus, they are struggling health wise so taking photos, measurements, packing and shipping is too much for them at this time.
