currently in the process of an incurance claim, adjuster advised me to get an allignment done prior to the repairs. mechanic sent a form to sign which gives them authorization.
they mntioned they would need to drive the car to a different location for repairs.
but on the form it says — I
hereby discharge you of any responsibility related to any loss or damage caused to the described vehicle or any object left in the vehicle by fire, theft, or any involuntary and inevitable causes;
ive just had a bad experience overall with insurance and this claim and maybe im paranoide but in an event the mechanic damages the car or gets into a collision, am i basically waiving my rights to hold them liable?
