Looking to potentially hire on one guy. Not sure if it would be part time or full time. I’m a single owner/operator of a remodeling company. What would be the best way to hire someone that may or may not be flexible in terms of how often I use him? I know there’s employee and 1099. Is there another way? Something I’m missing? Looking for options.
