The anxiety of wanting to move is heavy

My wife and I want to move. We live in a great house, but it's not for me. We're really worried about finding the right home, so we don't want to sell until we put down an offer on a replacement home first. Our real estate agent is confident about selling our home, but what if it doesn't work? What if something huge gets found in the inspection? Then we think about listing it first, but we don't want to be locked into finding another home that we're not comfortable with. Sorry for the rant, just venting. Thanks for listening.
