Should I register for an LLC?

I am a tattoo artist, starting at a new place where it’s a booth rental vs commission based (there I was an employee). I will now be considered a private contractor, renting from a business that operates under an LLC. Should I also register myself under an LLC?

Trying to get everything situated, any advice is greatly appreciated as far as tax organization. I’ve been doing this almost 10 years, first time “on my own”. Thank you
