Car hit in parking lot and other driver denying responsibility

My car was swiped by another car pulling in on my passenger side. My back passenger door is scraped up and it extends to the front passenger door. I felt it and got out and discovered the scratches and the other driver (who was on the phone) immediately denied despite having corroborating scratches on her driver side bumper which she claimed to have been “pre existing” I initially filed through her insurance and the claim got denied for “lack of evidence” and “their word against mine”. I am now filing through my insurance and paying my deductible. There is a video which is very difficult to see but you can faintly hear the scraping as she pulls in next to me. I also did some digging and found her Instagram account with a photo of the car with no scratches dated 2025. Her insurance informed me her damage to her driver side bumper was from 2024… Do I have enough proof for my insurance to get my deductible back?
