PAYE payment must be incorrect??

I recently attempted to re-certify my PAYE early because I had a child and family size increased to 3. I have gone through the online application on studentaid NUMEROUS times and every time it is giving me a PAYE payment that has got to be incorrect. My current payment is $330/month and this was based off a salary of $80k. My salary increased to $139k and it is estimating my payment at $3200/month. Stats listed below:

$330,000 in student loans (i know it's incredibly painful)

$139,000 salary in 2024 ($240k in 2025, have not filed taxes yet as I am trying to recertify and solve this first)

Married and file separately

Family size 3 in NC = state poverty level $27,320

According to my calculations with PAYE being 10% of discretionary income and discretionary income being AGI-150% poverty income for NC fam of 3, my payment should be ~$820/month.

My estimated PAYE payment is $3200

estimated IBR payment is $1200 (HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?? its 15% of the same calculation discretionary income???)

My standard payment is $2000

I obviously want to remain in PAYE with correct payment for another year while I still can, before having my 2025 income on file. I have 70/120 qualifying PSLF payments. Anyone encounter this and rectify it somehow? MOHELA has not helped at all the two times i called.
