I have been talking with a realtor and she has shown us two homes over the past 3ish months. Very unresponsive most of the time when I try to get information from her, maybe 2-3 times over text I am not constantly bothering her with questions. Asked her to call me at her convenience sometime the next day on Monday night and she never reached out. I have been doing most of the leg work myself I feel like and have reached out to a landlord that had a rental listing asking if they wanted to sell, they initially said no but called back today and said they had discussed it and were interested and that they are familiar with the for sale by owner process. Do I need to include my realtor in the process? I haven’t signed anything with her and already had a lender/approval in place before consulting her, she is a family friend and I don’t want to burn any bridges either. Just trying to figure out the proper way to approach this. If you read all that thanks! Any information or advice would be appreciated!
