Niche Crypto Currencies in 2026?

I was taking a look at what crypto currencies are still actively doing their goal or have failed and one I saw was Helium, I liked that concept of using Crypto to access a mobile network but the project seemed to fail, I later saw Pi that seems to try and become the next like apple pay, online platform provider, but it seems to not really be going anywhere and its all talk. Is there crypto currencies that are doing niche things or that provide some kind of service for others? because they all seem to fail, not go anywhere and the rest are meme coins and Bitcoin lol
