Bristol West autopay and policy cancellation

My payment was due yesterday. I logged in to confirm the autopay was set and it said autopay status was active. It said pay the amount due to renew policy. They never attempted to withdraw the money. There was plenty in my account. When I woke up after midnight and saw it was never taken out, I logged in again. Now it says my policy is canceled and that paying the amount due will not reactivate my policy. I have to call them when they open. I went ahead and paid it manually.

It says the policy is canceled but a separate section days "Effective date 04/23/2026 expiration date 10/23/2026." So am I insured right now or not? Did my coverage lapse or not? I am so confused and alarmed
