Help Understanding AAA Insurance Agreement(Auto) Change

I'm reading through my renewal and there's a number of modifications to my insurance policy. I do have uninsured motorist coverage of $250k each person/500k each accident.

So what does this mean then?

"1. Insuring Agreement – Uninsured Motorist Coverage has been modified to specify that we will not be bound by any judgement, award, or settlement for damages arising out of a lawsuit or any other action brought against the operator, owner, other person, or organization legally responsible for an uninsured motor vehicle or any judgement, award, or settlement obtained by any other means that prejudices any of our rights under the provisions of this policy"

Does this mean they won't help me in some scenarios?
