Carnival cruises (CCL) LSE delisting. What is the best course of action

Hi carnival cruises is due to delist from the London stock exchange soon so that there is a single unified listing I think New York.

As a UK shareholder of carnival what is me best course of action? Sell before or keep them so that my holding changed to the new unified structure?

I think I get a like for like swop in shares as in 1 for 1 but there is a question mark as to if these shares I will receive are full shares with the same voting rights etc… my broker is Scottish widows which should be fine to hold US shares? does anyone have any incite as what is best to do? Thanks.
