I have a pending loan disbursement for the 2025 semester and I just want to know wtf is up

I don’t know why, I just know that I randomly saw the offer two or three months ago, I thought it was strange that the loan was assigned to the summer 2025 semester, but I am in a pretty dire living situation rn and I was just elated to accept. So I’ve been waiting and waiting ngl. I redid my MPN and loan entrance counseling. I’ve emailed my financial aid office multiple times asking why I have $3k pending for summer 2025 and 0 aid pending for the $800 out-of-pocket class I start in about a week. Nelnet says I’m pending 3k deposit, with an upcoming $800 charge, and so I should be pending 2200.. i know nelnet is probably just an estimate tool but it still crops up in my student portal too. I pull up a page to show me what I owe, and two terms pop up. The summer 2025 with its pending aid, and the summer 2026 semester coming up with no pending aid and my 800 dollar class charge. Overall summary keeps saying I have 2200 coming and it has said that since early February. There’s also no record of this loan in my student aid gov portal.

Do I have any chance of getting the $? I don’t even know why it’s presenting this way and I can’t get ahold of anyone, pretty messed up since my payment arrangements are due a week from now on top of it all. 🫩 thank u in advance
