My duplex caught on fire last month and yesterday my GC called me and said the demo estimate is around 70k. Is that too high? I looked at the insurance estimate that I received today and they have the demo at 10k and cleaning at 8k.
My duplex is a total of 2000 sq. ft. It is located in Minnesota in the city.
This is the first fire that I am dealing with, so I am not sure about anything and just looking for advice and comparison.
