I have about $3,400 sitting on an exchange I’ve used for two years. Tried to withdraw to my hardware wallet on Monday. Got a notification that it’s under review. No timeframe, no reason given, just under review. I haven’t done anything unusual. Support keeps telling me they can’t share information about ongoing reviews. Is this legal? What are my actual options here?
