Hi, I feel like I'm out of options so any and all opinions/advice are welcome.

I've been disowned by my parents very recently and have no idea how I'm going to afford completing my bachelor's degree at an out of state university. My parents co-signed for me for the last 3 years (I'm under 24) and they've always claimed me as a dependent on their taxes. I'm about to become a senior this fall and am studying pre-veterinary medicine for more context. My parents made too much for me to ever qualify for scholarships outside of small academic ones. All of this being said, I have looked into getting student loans on my own but have been denied without a co-signer and my parents are refusing to talk to me at all. After years of doing everything and anything I could to please them, they have decided to cut me off. I have 3 jobs, but don't make more than 20k a year. I've also been paying for everything for the last 3 years and when I talked to the person who does my taxes they said that everything my parents have done tax-wise is legal as I only made 10k last year. I did try to go through and fix my FAFSA forms, but it's not allowing me to complete the form without a co-signer.

I don't want to make an amendment to my tax forms as it would cause an IRS investigation into the situation and I don't want to mess things up for my parents. I've worked so hard to earn my degree and I don't want to have to give that up when I only need 1 more year. For more context I have lived off campus in state for a year this August.

Q: Where can I get a student loan w/o a cosigner and what are my options?

    Thank you in advance 💕
