I’ve had the Altitude Go for several years and want to change it to the Altitude Connect to have no FTF (not that I’ll use it a lot). Calling in and speaking to two reps, and both said they can’t do anything as there are no offers (despite me constantly receiving spam from US Bank telling me to “upgrade my card.”) Any advice on how to get said “offers” in the system?
