Hi All,
I got a notice (found in the junk folder) from a company hired by my insurer, about nine months before renewal, that I need to either do an AI-based home assessment soon or submit to an on-site inspection ahead of the renewal. I don't think I have the best phone for the virtual, and need to fix up a few things in an area where contractors are having a field day with the supply-demand situation. So wondering how involved the two options are before I choose. Thanks.
