Liberty mutual pet insurance

I submitted two claims within two days for my dog who had book worms and had to be tested for heartworm. One claim was 450 one was 389. All they gave me back was 125 for the 450 and nothing on the other. 500 deductible and 80% back for services and copays. Does this seem right? My ins is 63/month. First experience with pet ins.
