retroactive mile redemption on Citi Advantage Platinum Select World Elite

I am considering applying for the Citi^® / AAdvantage^® Platinum Select^® World Elite Mastercard. I have a similar United card (United Explorer or something like that) which lets me, after I've purchased a flight using the card, use my award points to pay myself back for some or all of the flight value. Is there a similar feature on this card, or can I only use my miles at the booking stage? Thanks.
