I was just browsing through the Etherscan blockchain and found these two addresses called Whanau Shield.

I noticed there were about 15 or 16 more just like these ones. I tried to look inside to see what they are but I can't see anything at all. They look completely locked up tight and hidden away. I'm on the Ethereum Mainnet right now looking at it and it seems strange. Is it broken? Is it a glitch in the system? Or is it something new I haven't seen before? Just curious to know what this is all about.
