Real Estate Agent not helping am I stuck?

Posting for my wife..she’s trying to sell her condo however the res estate agent hasn’t been much help. The listing has spelling errors in the description, the pictures are terrible, and he we haven’t had any new bites in over two weeks. Listing has been almost two months now. My wife says their contract says she’s stuck with him until August. Is there any way out of this? We’re in Massachusetts by the way.
