Manufactured Home Move Insurance Question

I had to relocate from DFW area to Houston area for job on temporary basis last summer. We've decided to make the move permanent. We have a 2022 singlewide that we plan to keep because we have a mortgage on it. We will have all of our personal belongings and appliances out before move, stashed in my temporary apartment that I have renter's insurance on. The mortgage holder has approved the moving company based on TX license, Cert of Insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence cap, and $25,000 bond with TX housing authority. We have manufactured home policy thru American Mutual with Replacement Value of $99,000 listed.

Do I need any additional insurance for the move do you think?

Do I need to tell insurance company before hand or just update address once it's reset?
