My wife's been stuck at 116 since the SAVE stuff years ago now. She's had a buyback pending since they were listed as available. Earlier this year we were finally able to get a IBR change processed after 2 failed attempts, and in March it was approved and listed the first payment date of 4/2/26 (at triple what we paid for save, my loans were forgiven since then which impacted the amount). However April came and went without a payment and when we logged in it says 5/2/26. Fine. I didn't get a chance to log in last week, but today is 5/3, and it now says 6/2/26. I have letters on 4/3/26 from them about 5/2/26. Nothing for yesterdays. Anyone have any idea what is going on? We just want to pay the 4 payments and be done.
